Rebound Monday.

Sometimes after your home has a corn beef cabbage broccoli salmon smell with a hint of poo then just juice some lemons.

Ahh there is nothing better than the smell of lemons....

Has anybody heard the saying, "If life gives you lemons than make lemonade".  haha

Well I have a new saying, "If life is kind of sour and smelly than go to the thrift store.  Why you ask, well sometimes thrift stores are even smellier than my own house so it always feels good to come back home (especially with a bargain in hand).

Now if only I knew what color to paint this beauty.  Oh well I only paid $20 so whatever color I pick couldn't be that bad.

you're funny.

this made me laugh.

LOVE that first pic. so springy. so refreshing. (and much needed to get the literal smell of the first description out of my nose. what are you trying to do to a pregnant girl?!)

great find.

OH that needs so go under your tv!Im sorry about the poo smell. Just start sending the kids outside to go potty. Then you could hire a pooper scooper.

haha thrift stores ARE smelly! I just bought a sweet frame I'm doing something with and it reeks like a mix of an old Christmas candle and an old lady! I like your find though! What thrift stores do you go to?

Your are right about the smells of a thrift store. I tried like the dickens to get the smell out of the couch I bought....it smelled like an old persons house. I fabreezed it everywhere, covered that mattress in a plastic and put on fresh sheets...all to no avail. So in a last resort, I put an air freshener in there and that seems to have done the trick. Only problem is the bathroom lost it's little gem and I'm not sure which is worse. I need to go get another one!! Maybe I ought to keep some lemons close by! haha
