Welcome to my crib...

If one were to ever wonder why I don't get anything done then I think the above perfectly illustrates & backs me up.  It's been hard to even get the dishes done as also proven in the above.  How could I deny that there was a need to turn on music after the girls shared all of their dress up clothes with their brothers.  They made me laugh so we danced.

I quit laughing though when I was minding my own business @ 8:30 last night only to be startled by a high pitched chipmunk voice busting out of his room running full force all while he was saying, "Mmmm bye bye c-ya...bye bye c-ya".  I'm not sure if he was talking to his other brothers trying to show off that he was the first one to crawl out of his crib or if he was trying to promote a full on chase by his Mother.  Either way I was kind of hoping he would take after his sisters and never even try to attempt escaping the crib.  Oh well.  Dude where's my car....I kind of want in on the whole escaping thing. (speaking of, dude where's my car, did anybody really even see that movie?)

But darn it, the floors look fabulous through all the bedlam!

Good to see you can keep your good humor at night. By 8:30 p.m., I am no longer good humored about anything!

you are becoming a very big famous person in the blog world. I am a little star struck!
I love dress up clothes, and I REALLY love kids in them. AND, I tried to do my bathroom like the green and yellow on your blog....TRIED is the key word. It just looks like "wicked" (the musical) threw up all over my bathroom right now. Whitney came over, and we are re-working things.

the floors are stunning, and the kids are nice too!

Um yeah. So funny you post this. Yesterday I went to the Disney store to look for a Princess light up wand for Halloween. $49 later out of Grammies wallet! OOPS
Contents purchased:
1 Sleeping Beauty Dress up Dress
1 Wall-e pair of binoculars
1 Wall-e action figure
2 bouncy balls.

Guess who wants to rush home now and 'put princy dress on'?? GUESS!

Lovin' the trophy ribbons, floors.

You're welcome on the blog introduction. Remember this is Austin. Sometimes people get a bit too liberal for me, but otherwise most times I can relate to mother's posts.
And thanks for the comment on the furniture. I am not quite finished.

The world has just opened up for those little guys. He'll have taught the other two the trickes of the trade by tomorrow. I have visions of Al Cappone's crew making a swim for it off of Alcatraz.

I can't believe I'm admitting this but we got so desperate one time that wee tied Vance's foot to the crib rail because he was escaping too much. It would have been a good idea but Vance had to try and escape with the leash. The next thing we knew there was piercing screaming coming from his bedroom and he was dangling from the bars upside down. Opps! First time parent mistake I guess. :)

So if the boy are now going to be dressing up with their sisters, we need to give them dress up names. Here's my suggestions:

B---Brigit
C--Chrissy
W--Wilma

Looks like you are beating the heat as well as you can with in home entertainment. I think the new floors make for better twirling anyway. Who knew!

no, no one ever saw that movie. all my kids crawled out of the crib so i bought a "crib tent". you could probably find one on ebay or craigslist. They run close to $75 brand new; and if you need three...pretty expensive!

That looks like a fun princess party. I would love to see a video clip of them dancing. They all look adorable dressed up. I also love the picture of all the cute kiddos on the couch. Amazing! I can't imaging having quints!

I am laughing my head off right now!! I am having visions of one particular brother of yours who we have similar pictures of....at least the part dressed up in girl clothes. If only I could remember his/her name!!

It is nice of the girls to share. So much fun. The boys are not going to live down those photos later on. But oh so cute.

The floors are wonderful. Worth all the time out of the house.

Sorry about the break out. Now he will teach the other two how to do it as well. Good luck with that.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! So sweet of them to share! My personal fav is the risque flapper!
I'm so glad that Yazee never attempted to climb out. Hopefully, Talia will be as good.
And, I'm mortified to admit, I saw about 30 min (combined) of that absurd movie & I will NEVER get that time back! What a waste.
