I love it when people just getter done. Angela from TPH decided to finish up her guest room to host some friends for Thanksgiving. The remarkable part is she did it in two weeks and pretty much used what she had. Angela finds the best treasures and the little sofa with the rope detailing is no exception. Also note the chair she splattered with paint. You can read more about the process here. How about those green walls?
Angela also is an artist and gives wonderful tips on painting with children..you can check that out right here.
Oh an I should note that Angela is one of the coolest blog friends around.
i saw the title and thought you were talking about me... darn ;) also i wish a room in our house looked that great.
ReplyDeleteOo, I really like that chair. I love that she kept it simple with the black and white, and the splattering brings in all the fun!
ReplyDeleteI just pinned a whole lot of pictures of bedrooms with bold green walls - not sure I'm that brave though. This is such a great room!
ReplyDeleteSo cute!! Love it!

You stinker, how sweet!! How come the photos look so much better on your blog? You are such a good juxtapositor. ( Can you believe I got a red squiggly line under "juxtapositor? The nerve.) Thank you, kind blog friend!
ReplyDeleteSo have you painted some big ol' canvas with the kiddos yet?
Such a great room. I love the green walls, especially against all the black and white.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great room! The paint color is nothing short of wonderful and that settee is amazing!
ReplyDeleteJust gotta say. Love your blog. Truly. Hope you have a wonderful holiday season!
ReplyDeleteLove the mirror, the trim goes great with the wooden flooring
ReplyDeleteThe green-colored walls are very cool to the eyes. Green is actually my favorite color, and it definitely serves as a beautiful background to the room. With that kind of ambiance, any person would feel relaxed while staying there.
