high gloss floors

Taking special note of the floors that Tia had installed into one of her clients home that was recently featured in Better Homes & Garden. There is a spanish cottage that I've had my eye on for quite some time and if the opportunity presented itself to look at it for a future residence then there would be no question as to the fact that I would use the above photos as inspiration. Have you noticed that all of the cool kitchens are using brass these days? Also I think the key to the above flooring is the fact that Tia had it sealed with a really high gloss. To get more info on the floor go here.

Well hope you have a very happy weekend!

We're using these same floor in a kitchen I'm working on right now and I cannot wait for them to get installed.

Gorgeous house, can I come be a guest at your little hacienda?

I like these floors.

I really do.

Are these the same floors that Candice Olson used as a wall treatment in a living area?

The ones she used were a wood tone.

I think so. Still amazing.

Love love the floors, hate the ceiling lights and not too fond of the brass. Maybe in the right place.

love the whole look. The flooring is great. What kind of material is it? I also love the fact brass is coming back in. Boy what goes around comes around.

70's and are not glossy or pretty, but it's nice to see the pattern's still in style...

Love those floors and really enjoyed the article in BHG about how they created their new family space.
