Beautifully crafted items from a sewing machine

I was seriously dying over these children clothes found from ES + ES on Etsy. I am still saving my pennies for a beautiful piece from their shop. Speaking of beautiful, did you happen to notice that the word beautiful was stenciled in gold onto the above pictured skirt..brilliant.

And also speaking of beautifully handcrafted items...Have you seen all of the sewing Liz does over on Say Yes To Hoboken? I love it when she posts about her adventures in sewing or crafting. Lets observe some of the most recent...(click on the picture to take you directly to the post for instructions).

Oh and there are many other projects like ruffle shirts that Liz has done so you probably need a bit to pursue her blog over here.

  7. I saw your beautiful girls room on little green notebook and love it so much!!!! i have a very similar room for my two girls 7 and 4 1/2. I was going to cover wood with fun fabric behind their beds for a focal point but, the cardboard and scrapbook paper is so much cheaper and easier!!! I have to ask what kind of cardboard you used. We also just got a whole bedroom set from my husbands grandparents and I was thinking of fixing up the dressing table and putting it in between the girls beds in place of a bookshelf. I am just worried that it will get marker on it from the 4 1/2 year old. Sorry for the long comment. Your blog will now be a daily read, so inspirational!!!

  12. Ingrid - I used cardboard that I cut down from fridge boxes. Hope that helps.

I know what you mean about the marker issue on furniture:-)

Thanks for your very nice comments.
