Just wanted to show a small sampling of one of my contributions to Earth Day. I think it is perfectly acceptable to consider a 40 to 50 year old piece of lucite as an appropriate offering to my love of this planet. Of course it is being green because I am reusing.
Isn't that chair so pretty....I also bought a neat lucite bench so that the chair wouldn't be lonely.
Here's to Earth Day!
WOW!!! totally love being green, and recycling! Do you shop at DI? Thats where I find most of my treasures!!! <3

I love the curve in the back of the chair. It's an adorable piece.
ReplyDeleteOMG!!! where did you get this beauty??
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet find--and a perfectly acceptable way to celebrate Earth Day. Glad you didn't leave the bench out.
ReplyDeleteI do believe the first order of business is a trip to Paris. Yes, ma'am. Now you must tell of your foray into furniture dealing with 1stdibs, as I am now insanely curious. Could it be a blog post?
I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
WHERE DID YOU FIND that FABULOUS chair???? I need to know!!!
ReplyDeleteWoah, where did you find such beauties?!? I love the chair (and the model in it :) )
ReplyDeleteSaWeet! I can't wait to hear where you found that beauty!
ReplyDeletecraigslist...and the only reason I landed myself with these treasures are because I was persistent.
ReplyDeleteI felt that was sure a lucky day my friends.
You are very lucky I don't know where you live. I have a ski mask and a flashlight and for that chair, I might be willing to commit a crime! Words cannot express my envy right now. It is sublime. Good for you!!
