Monkey see, monkey do

Mom wears hat, son wears hat...
In fact we are going on 2 straight days of son not giving up the green hat.

Mom says "Darn-nit, son says "darn-nit"(there may have been some other word in my mind though).

Good reminder for the momma monkey to be on her best behavior and not monkey around too much. It's so hard though when there is so much monkey business going on around the house.

I think I recall something about teaching by example...shoot. I'm considering some momma reform.

I love that my son is obsessed with hats, boots, make-up and necklaces. Speaking of necklaces, when springtime arrives I get so excited because I bust out some of my very favorite items such as inherited turquoise. I have always been a lover of turquoise. I think I need to make a really good friend in Tuba City, AZ who knows special things about old Navajo textiles and jewelry.

P.S - Wasn't husband so nice to put the red tape on the light pole so I wouldn't back into it again. Pls. refer to the second picture.

GiGi..yes pls. let's have play date. Is prosecco something that all parties involved in the playdate can drink...we'll probably going to have to stick to just macaroons and French lessons..do you still want to come now? haha

Michelle - I am still waiting for our thrifting trip. We can even wear matching jumpers:-)

  22. Lovin' the jumper momma! It's springtime.

LOL. Tape on the light. I'm dying...lol. How many times have you bumped into it?
I love turquoise also. My mother has a squash blossom that is fabulous and some other little pieces. My aunt owned/operated a place called Mr. Indian's in Sapulpa OK that had the most exquisite pieces you'd even laid your eyes on.

PS: I need to email you my goodies that I got at the garage sale last weekend. Spent $1.50!
