I think black and white photography is so captivating. It is classic and is able to tell a story by focusing more on emotions than colors....or something like that.
Speaking of emotions...I'm feeling it today...life is GOOD! HAPPY FRIDAY!

Isn't it wonderful to feel happy! I completely enjoy those days! Yesterday, I sat my 9 month old son under our peach tree..we ate, and had good conversation! It made me happy!

I find freckles so beautiful and have always wanted them on my face like the first picture. I have to agree black and white photography is gorgeous. We should do a Photog session for each other.
I'm a fan of B&W photography too. It is so timeless and I agree it ads to the emotions. Love all of these photos.
So exact in your description of the not-so-subtle-nuance and special beauty of B&W. I often get so caught up in the divine visual feast found in colour, texture and design and the emotions immediately gained, that I often forget about the charm one has to work for with B&W. Then again, sometime it just hits you immediately.
